// April 20th, 2011 // No Comments » // Johnnie Walker's Iconic Courses

If you haven’t heard about Kinloch by now, you’ve probably taken up lawn bowls wearing a hat saying don’t talk to me about golf. And the 18-time major champion (still the greatest player to ever play the game) has handed New Zealand a precious gift for the ages. It’s incredibly tough, breathtakingly beautiful and is widely regarded in golfing circles to be among the best in the world.

// August 5th, 2010 // 2 Comments » // Johnnie Walker's Iconic Courses, Quirky

It seemed only fitting in the month following Sir Bob Charles’ retirement from professional golf, to put Christchurch Golf Club – a club Sir Bob’s had a lifetime association with – under the spotlight to join the list of Johnnie Walker’s Iconic Courses.

This, combined with a host of prestigious tourneys under it’s generously sized belt, leaves no doubt that Christchurch Golf Club holds it’s place as an absolute icon of New Zealand golf.
