There is nothing quite like skipping stones with your mates over a glassy calm lake in a lovely park… Vijay Singh has this meditation rather sussed.

The par thee competition on the Wednesday of the Masters is considered a bad omen to win – no one’s ever gone on to win the tournament proper after finishing top of the leaderboard in the pitch’n'putt version. Finishing on the 16th hole, Vijay and company decided they would skim stones instead of playing golf, trying to not help their chances of winning the par 3 event – the golf gods had another idea.
